Verificatiopn of the Documents: After successfully verifying your eligibility and the submitted documents, we will send the detailed schedule for your interviews or aptitude tests, including the date, time, and venue, to your registered email address. If you do not receive an acknowledgment of your application within three working days from the date of submission, please contact us at international@aiuniversity.edu.in.
7. Attend Interviews: Depending on the program requirements, you may be required to attend interviews or aptitude tests as part of the admission process. Prepare accordingly and follow the instructions provided by the university.
8. Receive Admission Decision: Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an admission decision from The Aryavart International University. If you are offered admission, you will receive a formal offer letter outlining the terms and conditions of your acceptance.
9. Accept Offer and Pay Tuition Deposit: Admitted students must reserve their seat by promptly paying the semester or annual fee. Failure to do so may result in the seat being offered to another candidate. The reservation fee, which is less than the full semester fee, is non-refundable and non-transferable. Only the security deposit of 500 USD (if deposited separately) is refundable upon course completion.
   
   Note: Candidates must immediately provide details of the fee payment to the Admissions department via email at international@aiuniversity.edu.in, including the application number, candidate name, course admitted to, admission number (if issued), and a scanned copy of the bank receipt.
10. Apply for Student Visa: After accepting the offer of admission, initiate the process of applying for a student visa through the relevant authorities in your home country or region. The university will provide guidance and support throughout the visa application process.
11. Arrival and Orientation: Once your visa is approved, make travel arrangements to arrive at The Aryavart International University campus. Attend orientation sessions organized by the university to familiarize yourself with campus facilities, academic policies, and student support services.
