General Admission Guidelines

As a prospective student, it is essential to familiarize yourself with the general admission guidelines outlined. These guidelines will provide you with valuable information about the application process, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.

  1. Eligibility Criteria
    Aryavart International University has set specific eligibility criteria for each program to ensure that students admitted possess the necessary skills and qualifications for successful academic pursuits.
    • Undergraduate Programs: Candidates must have completed their secondary education (12 years of schooling) or its equivalent, recognized by State/Central Government or such other.
    • Postgraduate Programs: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution in the relevant field of study.
  2. Entrance Examinations
    Depending on the program applied for, candidates may be required to appear for an entrance examination, which assesses their aptitude and knowledge in the relevant subject areas.
  3. Merit-Based Admission
    • Admission to Aryavart International University is primarily merit-based. The selection committee evaluates candidates' academic achievements, performance in All-India Common Entrance Test or through "Aryavart International University Entrance Test” / Merit, whichever applicable.
    • The university reserves the right to conduct interviews or additional evaluations for shortlisted candidates, as deemed necessary.
  4. Reservation Policy
    Aryavart International University follows the government's regulations and policies regarding reservation quotas for different categories (e.g., SC/ST/OBC/PWD) for private universities. Candidates seeking admission under reserved categories must provide valid supporting documents. If it's anytime found that an applicant used fraudulent methods to get admission, like making false or inaccurate statements, her/his name will be removed from the university's rolls.
  5. Communication of Admission Decisions
    • The university will communicate the admission decisions to the candidates through the provided email address.
    • Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter with instructions for further enrolment procedures, including fee payment and document verification.
  6. Fee Payment and Enrollment:
    • Selected candidates must pay the prescribed admission fees within the specified deadline to secure their seats.
    • Failure to pay the fees on time may result in the cancellation of the admission offer, and the seat may be offered to the next eligible candidate.
  7. Verification of Documents:
    • Candidates must present original copies of all submitted documents at the time of enrolment for verification purposes.
    • Any discrepancy found between the submitted documents and the originals may lead to the cancellation of the admission.
  8. Transfer of Credits
    If a student has passed an exam that is equivalent to the exam this University requires for admission to the relevant course of study at this University, she or he will also be eligible for admission to any course of study at this University upon migration from any other University or Board.
  9. Admissions Helpdesk

  10. The annual fees will grow by 5% to 8% on an actual basis in accordance with the inflation index.



Admission Procedure

Rules & General Instructions
Prospectus-cum-admission forms are available at the administrative office of the university for a fee of Rs. 1000 (US$ 25 for NRI/foreign nationals) for undergraduate programmes and Rs. 1500 (US$ 35 for NRI/foreign nationals) for graduate and doctoral programmes, the admission form is available online on the university's official website accompanied by a DD for Rs. 1000 for Undergraduate Programmes and Rs. 1500 for Graduate and Ph.D. Programmes. Access the form using a reliable internet connection and a compatible device.
The following documentation must be submitted with the admission form, which is required to be properly filled out in all respects, in order to be admitted to any course:

  1. Passport-sized Photographs
    A recent passport-size photo that has been properly pasted in the spot designated on the admission form, in addition to five extra copies that should be attached to the form.
  2. Academic Records
    Provide official or attested copies of academic records from your previous educational institutions, including secondary school or high school records and any relevant bachelor's or master's degree certificate. Records should indicate the courses taken, grades obtained, and any degree or qualification earned.
  3. Degree/Certificate
    For postgraduate programs, include a copy of your bachelor's degree certificate or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution. Ensure that the certificate is attested or officially certified.
  4. Identification Proof
    Submit a copy of your valid identification proof, such as an Aadhar card, passport, or driver's license. This document is essential to verify your identity and citizenship/nationality.
  5. Character Certificate
    Character certificate from the school, college, or institution the candidate most recently attended, detailing their interpersonal and social behaviour patterns.
  6. Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ESM
    For statistical purposes, for obtaining the benefit of age or qualifying examination mark relaxations, or for Note seat reservations, where applicable.
  7. Migration Certificate
    Original Migration Certificate from the Board or University that you last attended, which must be submitted at the time of admission or within 15 days of the admission date.



Documents to be brought at the time of Counselling

During counselling at Aryavart International University, it is generally advisable to bring the following original documents for the relevant programme after submitting the admission form. Students are recommended to contact the support desk for the day and time of counselling.

  1. Original Matric (10th) certificate (to prove your age).
  2. The candidate's original mark sheet or certificate of passing the prerequisite exam, upon which the candidate bases his or her admission request.
  3. A character certificate from a university or college detailing the applicant's interpersonal/social behaviour pattern.
  4. Last institution/school/place the candidate attended.
  5. Original Migration Certificate from the Board or University (Required to be submitted during counselling or within 15 days of the admission date).
  6. Students' and their parents' pledges against ragging must be filled at the time of counselling (the format is available on the university website).
  7. The original Aadhar Card.

International Admissions

Aryavart International University welcomes applications from international students who wish to pursue their education at our institution. Aryavart International University accepts in principle the admission of NRIs and foreign nationals to its various programmes for full-time study. For admission to any of Aryavart International University regular programmes, students must have completed 12 years of schooling.

Admission Process for Foreign Students

Fill in all the required information and paste a recent passport size photograph in the space provided on the admission form. Submit the Application form with all necessary documents. Ensure the application is complete in all aspects and that the information is true and correct.

Documents Needed for Processing Your Application

The International Office will send the candidate the Provisional Admission Letter if the Admissions Screening Committee determines that she/he is eligible for admission. The student can apply for a student visa at the Indian embassy in their place of residence with this letter of provisional admission. Upon receiving this letter of provisional admission, the student must deposit the one-time admission fee of USD 500 to indicate acceptance of the admission.




Completion of Admission

The final admission and payment of tuition fees can be made by the student upon arrival, prior to the start of the session. Along with the AIU equivalency certificate and medical certificate, the original documents must be presented for verification at the International Office.
