Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Verification of Student Documents
Step 1: Submission of Application for Verification of Student Documents
Applications for verification of student documents shall be submitted through official email only to the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
The request must be sent from the official email ID of the College / Institution / Private Company / Agency and should clearly mention the purpose of verification.
Documents to be Submitted:
- Formal request letter on the official letterhead of the requesting organization
- Duly signed authorization / consent letter from the candidate
- Self-attested photocopies (both sides) of the documents to be verified
- Marksheets / Grade Sheets
- Degree / Provisional Certificate (as applicable)
Important Notes:
- Documents must be clear, legible, and properly scanned
- Improper or unclear documents will not be entertained
- No correspondence shall be made in case of incomplete submissions
Step 2: Fee Details
For Verification within India
Verification Fee: ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per document
Each marksheet / degree / certificate shall be treated as a separate document.
Mode of Payment
- Payment shall be made online only to the University’s official bank account
- Verification process will commence only after receipt of the applicable fee
- (Bank details will be shared upon request / or mentioned separately by the University.)
Step 3: Communication of Verification
- Verification status of the student documents shall be communicated to the requesting organization through official email only.
- The verification report shall be issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations.

Timeline
Verification shall normally be completed within 7–10 working days from the date of receipt of:
- Complete application
- Required documents
- Verification fee

- Candidate authorization letter
- Self-attested copies of documents (both sides)
- Proof of fee payment
Important Disclaimer
The University shall not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incomplete documentation
- Incorrect details submitted by the applicant
- Delay in fee payment
