It is both a privilege and a profound responsibility to welcome you to Aryavart International University — an institution established under Act No. 03 of 2023 by the Government of Tripura and recognized by the University Grants Commission under Section 2(f). More than just a centre of higher learning, the University represents a shared vision for advancing knowledge, innovation, and human excellence.

Over the past 25 years, I have had the opportunity to serve in diverse roles across teaching, research administration, academic leadership, and institutional development. These experiences have continually reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education when it is purposeful, inclusive, and future-oriented. It is this belief that shapes my vision and commitment as Vice-Chancellor of Aryavart International University.

Our vision is built upon four core pillars: academic excellence, research and innovation, digital transformation, and social responsibility. We are dedicated to delivering Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020, while integrating emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Sustainable Development into our academic ecosystem. Our goal is not merely to award degrees, but to nurture critical thinkers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and ethical professionals equipped to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.

Research lies at the heart of every great university. At AIU, we are steadily building a vibrant research culture supported by 19 peer-reviewed international journals, a forthcoming Incubation Centre, and expanding collaborations with national and international institutions, including leading industry partners such as IBM. We encourage our faculty and students to pursue multidisciplinary research, publish impactful work, and develop solutions to real-world challenges.
