In terms of provisions contained in Section 21 of Aryavart International University Act No 03 of 2023, the Governing Body has been constituted with the approval of the Competent Authority.
The Governing Body of Aryavart International University, which outlines the rules and regulations that govern our organization, which is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of the University. The Governing Body comprises eminent personalities from academia, industry, and the government, who bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise to help steer the University towards its vision of excellence.
The powers and functions of the Governing Body as defined in University Act and Statutes and Ordinances.

Special Invitees:
Special invitee/invitees may be requested to attend a meeting for rendering advice on specific issues at the discretion of the Chancellor.
