B.A. in Hindi is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on the study of the Hindi language, literature, and culture. It is a multidisciplinary course that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of Hindi as a subject. The duration of the B.A. in Hindi program is three years, divided into six semesters.
Candidates should have completed their higher secondary education (10+2 level) with 50% marks from a recognized board or educational institution with Hindi as a mandatory subject.
Graduates with a B.A. in Hindi can work as Hindi language teachers, translators, content writers, journalists, scriptwriters, editors, or in media companies, publishing houses, government agencies, cultural organisations, or non-profit organisations specialising in Hindi literature and language.
