B.A. in History is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on the study of past events, societies, cultures, and civilizations. It is a multidisciplinary course that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of historical developments, historical methodologies, and critical analysis of historical sources. The duration of the B.A. in History program is three years, divided into six semesters.
Candidates should have completed their higher secondary education (10+2 level) with 50% marks from a recognized board or educational institution.
B.A. in History graduates can pursue career such as historian, museum curator, archivist, heritage manager, tour guide, journalist, content writer, educator, or working in cultural organizations, research institutions, publishing houses, government agencies, or non-profit organizations.
