B.A. in Bengali is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on the study of the Bengali language, literature, and culture. It is a multidisciplinary course that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the Bengali language, its literary works, and its cultural significance. The duration of the B.A. in Bengali program is three years, divided into six semesters.
Candidates should have completed their higher secondary education (10+2 level) with 50% marks from a recognized board or educational institution.
B.A. in Bengali graduates can pursue career such as Bengali language teacher, translator, content writer, journalist, editor, scriptwriter, working in media organizations, publishing houses, cultural organizations, or non-profit organizations focusing on Bengali language and literature.
